Fee: $100.00 per term consist of 10 sessions

This class is divided up into the following terms; the first will cover Introduction to the pillars of faith, who is Allah, his angels, his messengers, books sent by Allah, the day of judgment and the decree of Allah. Next term will be an in-depth study of certain chapters from the Quran.
These classes are very informative, fun and interactive for the students.

Quran Recitation Week-end Classes
Girls Ages 4 to 16 years old
Boys Ages 4 to 10 years old
Fee $25.00 per month

Dates: Every Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 am - 12:00 noon
Location: Milton Masjid Musallah (511 Ontario St. Milton, ON)

Curriculum: Teaching Rules of Tajweed, Articulation of Sound &  Memorization of Duaas & Surahs, Teaching ablution and Salah, Children participate in activities, project and gain basic Islamic knowledge

Evening Quran Classes
Boys Ages 5 to 15 years old
Dates: Monday to Thursday
Fee $40.00 per month, Discount for Siblings

Location: Milton Masjid Musallah (511 Ontario St. Milton, ON)

Children will learn to read with correct pronunciation and learn the rules of Quran. There are 3 sessions to choose from, 4 hours per week for each session.

1st Session: Monday to Thursday 6pm- 7pm
2nd Session: Monday to Thursday 7pm - 8pm
3rd Weekend Session: Saturday & Sunday 10am -12 Noon

This class is a Taleem of Islam where students will be actively taking part in learning specific subjects of Quran and Sunnah. To start off the first term we will be learning about the Messenger of Islam and his life.

Halika 4 Teens
Boys and Girls 10 years and up
Dates: Sunday from 6:30 pm –7:45pm
Fee: No cost

Location: Milton Masjid Musallah (511 Ontario St. Milton, ON)

This weekly session will be an informative knowledge boosting program focused on teaching and referencing the Islamic commandments, derived and understood from religious jurisprudence targeted specifically for the youth.
Together as friends, family and youth we will be exploring the different areas of Islamic Fiqh focusing on developing good Adab/manners also on matters such as personal hygiene, diet, prayers and life, Searat Rasoul Allah (SAAW), and the Nobel companions. Providing solutions for current issues in today’s society.

Shazia Khokhar - Course Coordinator

Has been living in Milton since 2002 and has been actively involved in the community. She has worked in E.W. Foster Public School as an On Site Director for the extra curriculum program when Milton’s community was rapidly growing.  She has also taught grade 1, 2, 6 and 7 at Quran Academy in 2005 and from there gained an interest in learning and teaching Quran. Presently she is a full time student in the Taleem ul Quran Course at Al Huda.
